Tomcabs is now free for owner-drivers

Taxi operators already have enough to do. There are passengers to serve, shifts to organize, payments to reconcile, documents to keep in order, and a business to move forward. Administration should support that work, not take it over.

We built Tomcabs because managing a taxi company was still too fragmented. Important information lived across paper, spreadsheets, messages, and memory. Our goal is simple: give every operator one calm place to understand what happened, what was paid, and what needs attention next.

Tomcabs Free is for an owner-driver operating one taxi with one active driver. It includes the core experience needed to record races and shifts, create road sheets, track payments and expenses, review balances, manage documents, and follow basic performance.

This is not a short trial or a stripped-down demo. A solo operator can run their taxi with Tomcabs for free, for as long as that model fits their company.

Free is €0 for one taxi and one person. Plus is €20 per month for one taxi operated by an unlimited team. Pro is €50 per month for the same complete workflow with up to three taxis and an unlimited team. Fleet is made for companies with four or more taxis and uses custom pricing.

The reason to upgrade should be natural. When another driver joins your taxi, Plus supports the team. When you add more vehicles, Pro supports the fleet. When the company grows beyond three taxis, Fleet gives us room to support its larger operation properly.

We are building Tomcabs to become the default operating system for Europe's taxi industry: a platform that connects daily operations, people, vehicles, payments, compliance, and performance without making the work more complicated.
